Ellie Mae

Ellie Mae is now 6 months old and she’s looking for that special home!

This puppy is so sweet and playful. She loves everyone…. pups, people and cats. She is a special needs baby due to a skull fracture that affected her brain. She will have occasional episodes where she will barrel roll. It’s quite possible she will grow out of it but no one can predict that.

Her ideal family would have someone who can stay with her most of the time. It would be best her home not have stairs or uneven surfaces, and a home without a pool will be given preference. She leads a pretty normal life, playing in the yard with friends and going for walks….. just need to be cautious. She also seems to be hearing impaired but she’s still too young to accurately assess her hearing. She is such a loving dog, available now thru Medical Animals In Need.
