Meet Lacey!
Lacey is approximately 18 months old and was rescued from euthanasia with a broken rear leg and a broken pelvis; the vets believe she was hit by a car. Lacey also had Entropion, a condition common in Shar Pei breeds, where an eyelid folds inward, causing extreme discomfort as the eyelashes constantly rub against the cornea. After some time in a cast and surgery to repair the Entropion, Lacey is all ready for her fur-ever home!
Lacey’s Updates:
Lacey has been adopted! Congrats to this adorable girl and her perfect fur-ever family!
From Lacey’s weekend get-away: Lacey is great with other dogs and loves kids. She stayed with me a couple times on the weekends; I have big and small dogs and a three year old! She is very high energy but she does know manners- you just have to let her know who is boss. When she was at my house, I kenneled her once and it was for a few hours. She was fine. At night time I gave her a bed to lay on and a chew bone and I woke up and she was still on her bed. She’s such a love!
