Alby is ready to find his forever family.
How handsome is this boy? On January 10, 2023, Alby and his brother were left next to a community pool in the middle of the night. Thankfully, they didn’t fall in. They both had some boy issues, but now, Alby is ready to be adopted!
Alby is a 4-month-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix. As you’ve probably guessed, he’s full of puppy antics. He’s curious about everything and pretty much always on the hunt for things he shouldn’t have. Alby is sweet as can be, sometimes puppy rowdy, but is also a little shy and quiet. His human will need to remember that it wasn’t long ago that he was abandoned, in pain, in a loud shelter, scared and unsure. Alby will need extra time to decompress.
This handsome boy loves toys and carries one with him everywhere. He sits for treats, he’s potty trained, gets along with other dogs, sleeps through the night, and loves to snuggle up and simply be where his person is. Once Alby has decompressed in his new home, he’ll need walks and puppy training classes. Like all dogs and especially puppies, Alby will need consistency. He’s also neutered, micro-chipped, and registered for his County license.
