Meet Shilly.
Shilly is just eight weeks old and only four pounds! She was found wandering around an apartment complex in Phoenix and brought into the county shelter. Can you imagine? A tiny, helpless pup left to fend for herself…
To make matters worse, Shilly has a medical condition called Sarcoptic Mange. This is the contagious form of mange, in which mites burrow under the skin causing excessive itching and hair loss.
The shelter started Shilly on treatment, but desperately needed a rescue outlet to finish her care and get her seen by a full service vet. How could we say no to that sweet face?! So we welcomed Shilly to M.A.I.N. and her new life! No more wandering for this young pup- only love and care from here on out.
Please, if you are able, donate to Shilly’s medical care chip in fund via PayPal. The dogs only have us, and we only have you. Thank You!

From Shilly’s foster mom: Shilly takes baths like a pro! She didn’t understand why I made her sit in the tub for 10 minutes with the shampoo on her, but she bathes better than any of my personal pups. With Shilly’s cuteness and sweet personality, this girl is going to be a quick adoption once she is medically cleared!
