Meet Fawn!
This is Fawn. She has a broken jaw, so she cannot close her mouth – and right now, soft food with warm water added is all that she can manage to swallow. And while all of the dogs that M.A.I.N. rescues become endearing members of this team for as long as they’re with us, there is something so special about Fawn. Aside from the fact that she’s one of the most adorable pups we’ve met to date, her personality is really heart-melting.
Medical Update from Dr. Katie: Fractures can be pinned, wired or plated- with a custom-made muzzle for additional support until her jaw heals. This is going to be an expensive endeavor, and take quite awhile to heal – but if you watch the video, we think you’ll agree that she is definitely worth it!
Fawn’s Updates: Fawn has made a full recovery from her injuries and has been adopted!
