MAIN was alerted to a little Maltese mix at the west valley shelter that needed our help.  A broken jaw had left this little guy unable to eat and we knew that we had to meet him.

Don made a quick call to two friends of his that love Maltese and he explained what was happening. “Of course we’ll help! Just let  us know when to pick him up and we’ll be there…” Aren’t fosters fabulous?

Later, after a trip to the vet, we were told that Tipper’s jaw had been broken for some time and was beyond the window for repair,  but that soft foods and a family of his own would really help this pup to make a full recovery and that’s exactly what Tipper has now  with his foster family.

Just look at him now!

August 9th Update: Tipper is really becoming a little socialite with my dogs playing with Toys and having a good old time. His kennel cough is hardy noticeable but still has a slight cough once in a while and am still continuing his antibiotics..
